做法

2 .真调放足水熬熟.3.去掉真鲷的头、骨、刺,并把肉放在汤里.
4.捣蒜,并把细葱切成2～3cm大小.
5 .把泡好的米放在真鲷汤里熬,熬熟后放细葱及捣好的蒜.
6.以盐调味后,放香油.
