The hotel attendant needs to explain the complimentary items in the room. What other amenities in the room ?
The guest wants to know more about the functions of the TV. What would you say?
The guest wants to know whether the Internet is included in the room rate. What would you say?
The guest wants to change the air temperature in the room. The hotel attendant needs to explain how the air condition works.
The room attendant guides the guest into the room. She introduces the bath facilities to the guest. The red faucet is for hot water and the blue one is for cold water. The running water(自来水)is not drinkable. The guest wants to make IDD calls in the room. The room attendant shows her how to make a phone call from his/ her room.
The guest wants s to use his laptop to get to the Internet in the room. He asks whether the hotel will charge the use fee. The room attendant explains that he can use the Internet broadband for free and the access hookup is on the desk.

a:you could watch most of main channels in this country.we also have no.278 channel in english.there is a dvd player just at the back of the tv,you can paly your own movie and music.just make sure do not play too loud.

a:there is a libary downstairs,you can do some reading there,also borrow our computer.but a small amount of fee might be charged.if you bring your own latop with you,you can use our internet broadband for free,the access hoopup is on the desk.

a:do not worry,we have air conditioner in every room.what you need to do is just press the green bottom to turn it on.use the UP and Down bottom to choose the temperature which is suitable to you.before you leave ,please press the red buttom to turn it off.
