This Letter of Guarantee shall become effective from the date when the advance payment has been received on the Seller’s account and its amount shall be reduced pro-rata the value of shipments by simple presentation at our counters of copy of the invoices and shipping documents.This letter of guarantee shall remain valid until 21 days after the date of the last shipment and as per Bill of Lading or Airway Bill when the SELLER has delivered completely the CONTRACT EQUIPMENT,but in any case this guarantee shall be null and void at the latest on 18 months after signature of the CONTRACT i.e.date ,by which date any claim must have reached us.At that date this Letter of Guarantee shall automatically become null and void,irrespective of the actual return to us of the original of this Letter of Guarantee.
