How are you?I am writing to ask a favour of you.You see,I must go overseas for quite sometime,about a month or so,I suppose,and I need someone to look after my apartment.Would you do me this favour?There wouldn't be too much to do,just some dusting and maintaining of my pot plants.Also,I would need someone to pick up my letters.I don't think that would be too inconvenient for you if you decide to help me keep my place.
I hope that you are having a very wonderful day.And I'll send you a postcard once I get to France.
