partake from这个结构不存在么?那正确的介词是什么啊?另外jealous 后加的介词是什么?

jealous是形容词,一般加of.口语一点也可以用about

3 第一个问题牵扯到现在/过去完成时的区别.他们的本质区别在于所在的时间点立场不同.例如：如果站在现在的角度说什么已经完成了,就是现在完成时,站在过去的时间点的角度说完成了就是过去完成时.理解这个的话就应该明白了,这句话站的时间点是过去的.
第二个问题真的是只有中国人才会纠结的问题.anyone确实对应单数.但是很明显,这句话意思上来讲报名的不会只有一个人,用they指所有报名的人是完全可以的.这里和anyone没有关系.
