随着经济全球化的发展,中国进入了产业结构升级和经济转型时期,中国加入WTO后,在扩大对外贸易的同时,也带来了贸易摩擦增多的新情况,各国保护国内市场和争夺国际市场的竞争日趋激烈,我国仍将处于国际贸易摩擦的中心地带.如何应对有关国家针对中国的各类反倾销、反补贴、保障措施及“特保”措施等贸易救济案,维护企业利益,成为我国发展对外贸易的一项紧迫课题.本文首先阐述了我国国际贸易摩擦的现状,然后分析了国际贸易摩擦的本质及其产生的原因,最后提出了在世贸组织规则框架下符合我国国情特点的国际贸易摩擦应对措施.通过对贸易摩擦的研究,有助于我国企业打破贸易壁垒,在对外贸易中采取一些适当对应措施变被动为主动,从而更好的保护自己,取得更大的利益,充分发挥自己的优势,提高我们的国际贸易水平.
