Dear Sirs,
We hereby confirm having sold to you the following goods on the terms and conditions as per specified below :

Remarks :
(1) Quality/Quantity Discrepany :In case of quality discrepancy,claim should be filed by the buyer within 3 months after the arrival of the goods at port of destination,while for quantity discrepancy,claim should be filed by the buyer within 15 days after the arrival of the goods at port of destination.It is understood that the seller shall not be liable for any discrepancy of the goods shipped due to causes for which the Insurance Company,Shipping Company,other transportation organization/or post office are liable.
(2) The seller shall not be held liable for failure or delay in delivery of the entire lot or a portion of the goods under this Sales Confirmation in consequence of any Force Majeure incidents.
(3) The Buyer is requested to sign and return one copy of this Sales Confirmation immediately after receipt of the same Objection,if any should be raised by the buyer within five days after the receipt of this Sales Confirmation.In the absence of which it is understood that the buyer has accepted the terms and conditions of the Sales Confirmation.All appendices,amendments and addenda to the present Sales Confirmation are valid only when being made in writing and signed by the Contracting parties.Neither party is entitled to transfer their rights and obligations under the Sales Confirmation to the third parties.

我们特此确认一下已经售与你的以下货物在条款与条件方面是否与以下指定相符：

备注：
（1）数量/质量：万一有质量差异,买房应该在货物到达目的港口后的3个月内提交申诉,如果数量不符,买房应该在货物到达目的港口后的15天内提交申诉.卖方不能由于保险公司,船务公司,其他运输组织或邮政局的原因而进行任何有歧义的货物发运.
（2）根据货物确认书,在任何不可抗力事件引起整个或部分地段交货失败或延迟,不得追究卖方的责任.
（3）在收到同样的物件时要求买方立即签署并发回一份售货确认书复件,如果有的话,买方应该在售货确认书到达5天内提出.如果无异议则默认买方已接受售货确认书的条款和条件.目前所有售货确认书的附录,修订和增编只有以书面形式作出并且由缔约各方签署才有效,根据售货确认书任何一方都无权转让自己的权利和义务给第三方.
