亲爱的老师,敬爱的同学们,我是来自东方培新的洪羽烨.
今天我演讲的题目是“让我们拥有一个蓝色的天空”
据我们所知,地球是我们赖以生存的家园,而我们只有一个地球.而如今,我们的地球母亲被蒙上了灰色的外套.我们可以为我们的地球母亲做什么?
正如我们所知,天空变得越来越暗,空气变得越来越差.如果照此下去,我们将永看不到明媚的阳光,感受不到那美好的温暖,将永远生活在地球的灰色外套之下.而我们最终,也会随着太阳的消失、浓雾的加重,而随着地球上的万千美好的生物一同消失在地球母亲的怀抱中……在马路上,人们都在带着防霾口罩,人们美丽的面庞不再出现在大家的眼前……
近年来,我国不少地区都受到雾霾天气影响,多地PM2.5指数直逼最大值,空气质量甚至达到六级严重污染.同时,雾霾天气也导致了疾病的发生,我们的的每一次呼吸都代表着我们离疾病走近了一步.
2013年1月,在北京,仅有5天不是雾霾天.有报告显示,中国最大的500个城市中,仅有不到1%的城市达到世界卫生组织的空气质量标准,与此同时,世界上污染最严重的10个城市竟然有7个在中国!
如今,人们对私家车的热爱近乎痴迷,城市中的工厂也逐年增多.汽车尾气的排放以及工厂废气的增多导致如今的PM2.5指数急剧上升.人们还在不知情的肆意的破坏着地球,那些人就像是屠夫、就像是慢性毒药一般,狂妄的、缓慢的、令我们痛不欲生的剥夺我们的生命……
那么如何才能远离这些狂妄的屠夫的危害呢?
首先：在雾霾天时,尽量少或不要开窗通风.不要进行在室外剧烈活动.如长跑、踢球等.因为类似的剧烈运动会使我们肺活量增加,导致吸入更多的污染物.如果一定要出门的话,别忘了带上口罩.
其次：最好多吃水果和清肺的猪肝、绿豆、红豆、莲子心等,以防止雾霾天气对自身呼吸道的影响.
最后,我们对平时的出行也需要注意.人们在上班或上学的途中,尽量避免乘坐私家车,应乘坐公共汽车、地铁、或自行车.如果人们只注重自己的生活而不注意交通工具的话,那么我相信,蔚蓝色的天空将不会出现.
让我们一起行动起来吧!让我们为地球做的更好吧!让我们一起为地球母亲穿上美丽的衣服,令我们拥有一个蓝色的天空吧!

The topic of my speech today is "let us have a blue sky"
As far as we know, the earth is our homeland, and we have only one earth. And now, our mother earth was covered with gray coat. What can we do for our mother earth?
As we know, the sky grew dark, the air becomes worse. If you go on like this, we will not see the sunshine, do not feel that good warmth, will live under the earth forever gray coat. And we finally, also with the increase of fog the disappearance of the sun, the earth, with thousands of beautifulcreatures disappear in the earth mother's arms. In the street, people are wearing masks to prevent haze, the beautiful face no longer appear infront of everyone's eyes.
