Recently,I heard many news about people die of excessive loss of weight,it surpised me,and this is the best strange thing I have ever heard.I can't understand why there are many people so crazy about lose weight,and they picked wrong ways.Especially young ladies.A survey of college students said they'd rather marry a cocaine user,a shoplifter or a blind person than someone who was fat.It was reported that a twin model girl died on T stage because of the excessive loss of weight.How terrible it is!
I think being fit is more important than being thin.To keep ourselves fit,physical exercise is the best way.We must keep away from food with high-fat,and the most important thing is to insist on for quite a long time.
