金融全球化正成为国际金融业的一种主流发展趋势,如何界定"金融全球化"这一概念尚在探讨之中.我国银行业面临金融全球一体化的严峻挑战,该如何应对.本文主要就我过商业银行在全球一体化下体制、业务、经营管理、国际化、国际质量管理标准、中央银行金融监管的改革等方面,进行一些探讨.
第一部分是绪论,分析了当代银行的发展趋势和特点,提出了本文所要研究的内容.
第二部分是金融全球化趋势下我国银行监管的现状.从我国银行监管当局形式出发,需要一个新的金融调空体系,引出在新形式下我国银行监管的重要任务.
第三部分研究金融全球化对我国监管当局面临的严峻挑战.从银监会的主要职责、工作经验、工作目的、工作标准解析国际通行的监管准则.
第四部分研究我国金融监管存在的各种问题.中国金融机构的问题与监管的问题不光在于结构框架的缺陷,还在于缺乏有效的激励机制对金融风险从内部和外部加以控制.
第五部分研究监管国际化,构建具有中国特色的银行业监管新框架.争对我国金融监管存在的各种问题,提出各个可行的方案.
第六部分是结论.

Finance globalization has become a mainstream trend of development in international financial industry.It remain under debate for how to define the concept of financial globalization.Our banking industry is confronting great chanllenges of financial globaliaztion.This article is centralized on the discussions on the system,profession,operation and management,globalization,international standard of quality control,and reformation for financial regulation from central bank under the globalization of commercial banks in China.
Part one is an introduction.It analyses the characteristics and development trend of modern banks and puts forward the researched contents.
Part two talks about the status quo of banking supervision in China.Taking consideration of the form of the authorities of banking supervision in China,a new financial regulation system will be needed to introduce our main duty for the banking supervision under new situation in China.
Part three is mainly on the research on the great challenges that the supervising authorities face under financial globaliztion.It analyses the international supervising rules through the main responsibilities of Banking Supervising Commission,working experience,purpose and standard.
Part four studies various questions existing in China's banking supervision.The problems occurring to financial institutions and supervision lies not only in defects of structure and framework,but also in the deficiency of effective mobilzing mechanism for internal and external regulation of financial risks.
