求一份好的英语朗诵比赛稿
我参加了一个英语的朗诵大赛,比赛要求我们自备朗诵稿,时间三分钟以内.要求主题积极向上,符合当代大学生生活之类的.
于是求一份比较经典的稿子.我的英语水平应该还是比较高的,于是不用考虑难度问题,只要稿子好就行了.（本来是可以自己写的啦,但是因为我没时间自己写,于是只能这样求一份经典一段的稿子了）（最好能有这个稿件的阅读的视频资源,我好对照着控制停顿以及感情之类的,不过这种东西有没有都无所谓的啦,但是有的话我可以再加分哦）
我是大一的,于是稿件我觉得最好还是复杂一点的稿件应该比较好

Worry , fear , self –distrust bows the heart and turns the spirit back to dust .
