1和2同上.
get the car to start
表示汽车未启动,要把它启动起来
get the car started
表示将汽车启动
get the car going 
表示让汽车运行起来
4是washed,使某物被做.
understand是短暂性动词,所以被动.不能是正在理解吧
再问： 这里是不是不能用wash的主动表被动
