摘要 ：连杆是汽车发动机主要的传动机构之一,它将曲轴与活塞连接起来,把作用于活塞顶部的膨胀气体压力传递给曲轴,使活塞的往复直线运动转换为需要的曲轴的回转运动,以输出功率.
本文介绍了连杆零件的应用、发展现状及未来发展趋势,分析了其在发动机中的重要地位和作用.在查阅大量相关资料的基础上,本文对柴油机连杆的加工工艺规程进行了深入的分析和研究,设计了柴油机连杆的工艺规程,并对其中的关键工序进行了分析,选取了加工方法和工艺装备,确定了切削用量和刀具几何参数.针对连杆尺寸精度、形状精度以及位置精度要求很高,而刚性较差,容易产生变形的特点,设计了专用夹具,研究和分析了定位方式,基准选择,并进行了误差分析,这样以达到零件的技术要求.柴油机连杆是一种典型零件,其加工工艺规程及工装设计对其他连杆类零件有重要的参考价值和意义.

The technological process and process equipment design of Diesel engine connecting rod
Abstract：Connecting rod is one of the most important driving medium in automobile engine,it connects the piston to the crank.Together with the crank,they form a simple mechanism that receives the gas explosive force from piston crown and passes to the crankshaft,then converts linear motion into rotating motion to get output power.
This article describes the application,development status and trend of connecting rod parts.Its important position has been analyzed in the engine.The machining process regulations of connecting rod have been researched sufficiently in this work.The key working procedures of connecting rod have been analyzed as well as the manufacturing methods.The machining data and geometric parameters of cutting tools were also carried out to meet the requirements of connecting rod.Considering the processing characteristic of the accuracy degree of dimension,form and location is high and bad rigidity and easy to distortion of connecting rod block,one set of special fixture have been designed in the article.The locate modes,locating criterions and error analysis of connecting rod were researched and analyzed during the machining process to meet the technological requirement of the parts.Diesel engine connecting rod is a typical linkage parts,its process and fixture design have a great referential meaning to deal with the other linkage parts.
