People living in modern society are under a lot of pressure,from education,career or family.So it’s important to keep a good mental attitude under whatever circumstances.Write a composition about 150 words on the following topic:
The Importance of Keeping a Good Mental Attitude

Attitudes towards Life
Generally speaking,different people have different attitudes to life.For instance,some people hold a positive attitude to life.They keep optimistic and out-going at anytime anywhere.When they achieve something,they feel happy,but when they meet some trouble,they don't feel sad.Some people hold a negative attitude, whether they achieve something or not,they don't seem happy.There is also a kind of people whose attitudes to life are low.They don't feel too happy when they are successful in doing things,and don't feel too sad even if they suffer a great failure.
One can choose his own attitude towards life which depends on his personality,and the attitude one chooses would have great influence on his work and life.Therefore,it's of great importance to choose our attitudes towards life.In my humble opinion,we should choose the first attitude mentioned above.For it's a good attitude that can help us strenghten our confidence and develop our spirit of never giving up.Success or failure,it doesn't matter as long as we have worked hard.
