请问：1）如果approaches后面的to省略，可以吗？、
2）我认为应该说find their academic records less impressive吧。 为什么要加are那。(find sth +adj)

这句话对吧！不可以把walked变成walk,对马？
可是If explosives are used, vibrations will cause the roof of mine to collapse.
却不可以把will 改为would, 为什么？

可是假如填offer有错吗？

1.approach作 接近,靠近讲 应该是不及物动词吧
2.第一句话是一个虚拟语气的句子 第二个就是一个一般的条件句 所以不能改的
3.这应该是一个新闻稿吧 恩 那句话说的是私家车主的表态 在新闻播报时 这个决定应该是"已经"作出了 所以最好用以上的时态 用一般现在时太平淡了 这是汉英表达的差异 意会吧
4.说某人退休 就是sb retire即可 它是一个表主动的词 不能用被动的 将来进行时是表示将来某时正在进行的动作 还含有某种感情色彩 比如期待 兴奋等等 这是新概念英语2册里的一篇课文 嘿嘿
5.studying对啊 这是完成进行时啊 表示动作的持续

7.conserve多用在什么自然保护区(onservation area)之类的 preserve就是一般的保存的意思
8.The reason for the fall of foreigners' confidence in American capitalism 这是主语
is后面的是表语 表语不一定是that从句啊 可以是一个名词的~
