自吸泵机电改造实现自动运行
【摘要】本次课题旨在以技术改造的方式解决目前就职岗位中自吸水泵存在的因安装原因、水泵机电设计缺陷和问题致使无法满足生产运行需要,无法达到或快速达到工况条件、无法实现自吸水泵“一次引流” 、“终身自吸”自动运行,故障率高运行不稳定等多种问题进行改善.
力求通过本次课题(或技术改造)实现自吸泵依据工艺条件无需人为干预、完全自动运行,找出目前自吸泵故障率高、 频繁的根源并改正,并对相关物料条件依据自身经验对设备选型和机电要求提出自己的一些看法.
安装于现场水池页面高度4米以上间断排水的无密封自吸泵,自系统调试运行1年多以来,设备运行始终存在:
1、每次启动均需要有人参与的设备灌水,设备启动根本无法离人.
经过反复调试和分析发现设备停运行后,设备腔体内的存水快速回流回水池内,再次启动时腔体内水位不足,需要重新灌水,经过充分的研究后将吸水管路高点处增设电动空气控制阀实现停泵时的真空破坏,更进一步将吸水管路与水泵连接位置高度抬高100mm.问题得到完全解决.
2、设备出水升压过慢,设备启动后在持续不断灌水情况下,基本需要1小时才能有效出水压力缓慢上升基本达到工况.
经过不断调试和分析发现设备吸水管路管径过大,设备设计无法满足现场抽真空的能力,将吸水管由DN200改为DN100后,
3、设备出力不足(其中的一台),无法满足实际对扬程和流量的需要.
经过现场仔细排查发现该台水泵存在敷设电缆线径不足的问题,更换电缆后问题得到解决.
4、设备故障率过高,频繁维修的问题.

Strive to this topic (or technical transformation) realize self-suction pump basis without manual intervention process conditions, fully automatic operation, and found out the high failure self-suction pump, frequent source and correct, and the relevant materials in light of their own conditions for mechanical and electrical equipment selection and experience requirements made some of their own views.
Installed in the pool page 4 meters high above the continuous drainage without seal self-suction pump, the test and operation system more than 1 year since, equipment operation always exists:
1, every time all need someone to start in irrigation equipment, equipment start can't writes.
After repeated testing and analysis the equipment is found not to stop after the operation, equipment in the body cavity standing back to sink, in rapid backflow, again started in the body cavity water shortage, need to infuse water, after a full study of the high point of water pipeline will add electric air control valves realize when the pump is going to stop vacuum damage, further will pump water pipe and connection position up 100 mm height. Problems are resolved.
2, equipment of water booster too slow, equipment after the launch of steadily in irrigation cases, basic need 1 hour to be effective water pressure slow rise to basic conditions.
After continuous commissioning and analysis found that equipment bibulous pipeline pipe diameter is too large, equipment design can't satisfy the vacuum suction ability, will suction pipe by DN200 DN100 instead, problem solving.
3, insufficient capacity (one of the machine), can't satisfy the needs of the flow of head and.
After the careful testing found that pump is sounding laying cable diameter deficit, change after cable problems can be solved.
