英语翻译凉拌黄瓜的做法
原料：黄瓜两条,蒜三粒,花椒、盐、味精适量,尖辣椒三粒,醋适量
制作：
1、黄瓜洗净、削皮,用刀背拍碎,切成一寸见方块.
2、蒜捣碎拌入,放入适量的盐、味精.
3、适量食用油倒入铁锅加热至六成热,放入花椒煸一下捞出,再放入尖辣椒煸至香味出,把油和尖辣椒一起浇在盛有黄瓜的盘中,拌入适量醋即成.
