目的：了解生活方式的改变对大学生对其生活满意度的影响,并引导大学生延续传统良好的、摒弃某些当代流行却不健康的生活方式,提高大学生对生活的满意程度.方法：主要采用网上发放调查问卷的方式,运用统计学知识,对调查问卷的数据进行科学的分析.结果：由9个关于生活满意度的调查问题的统计结果可以看出,对各方面投不满意票的百分比均在30%以内,大部分在10%左右,由此可看出当代大学生对生活的满意度还是比较高的,其中对于自己目前生活状态的评价“非常满意”达到,“比较满意”达到,“一般”达到,“比较不满意”为,“非常不满意”为,在生活方式的改变方面尤其是社交方式,出行方式,新的生活习惯等方面都体现出了新的时代特点.结论：随着时代的改变和新生事物的出现,大学生群体的生活方式也发生很明显的变化,总体上来说这些改变是他们对生活的满意度有一定的提高,但也滋生了很多不健康的生活习惯,需要进一步调整.
