过去进行时就是表示在从前的某个时间,某人正在干什么.至于这个时间怎么表达,当然可以有不同的方法,比如“昨天下午”,“他进来时”,“开始下雨的时候”等等.

她进来时,我正在弹钢琴.这就是过去进行时,整个句子的大环境是发生在过去的.
