【摘要】 目的 探讨不同初始切面在三维超声检查裂隙畸形时的误差与区别.方法 应用GE Voluson E8超声诊断仪,采用静态三维成像模式,对金属片上的圆孔与长孔进行超声三维重建,对所得三维孔图像进行测量与实际数值对比;对7例唇裂或唇腭裂畸形胎儿及3例标本进行三维超声重建,初始切面分别与胎儿唇裂或唇腭裂裂隙平行和垂直,得到图像裂隙宽度进行对比.结果 圆孔纵径在探头与金属片距离在30~90mm、长孔初始切面垂直时距离在25~95mm时与实际值比值在0.90~1.10之间;圆孔横径在距离50~75mm、长孔初始切面平行时在距离50~90mm时与实际值比值在0.90~1.10之间.其余距离时与实际值比值小于0.90.初始切面不同所得胎儿唇裂或唇腭裂裂隙宽度不同,在分别与裂隙长轴平行和垂直所得数据不同,进行配对t检验后认为初始切面与裂隙垂直时所得数据较大.结论 只有在探头与所检查对象在50~75mm之间时图像才接近于真实图像.在距离为30~50mm、75~90mm之间时,三维重建裂隙图像较正常变瘦,即裂隙宽度更小.
