= (1/4) * (1^(-2/3) + 2^(-2/3) + 3^(-2/3) + ...+ n^(-2/3))
估算 n^(-2/3) 的上界
因为 1/√k - 1/√(k+1)
= (√(k+1)-√k) / (√k√(k+1))
= 1 / (√k√(k+1)(√(k+1)+√k))
> 1 / (√(k+1)√(k+1)(√(k+1)+√(k+1)))
= (1/2) * (k+1)^(-2/3)
所以 (k+1)^(-2/3) < 2 * (1/√k - 1/√(k+1))
b1+(√2)b2+(√3)b3+.+(√n)bn
= (1/4) * (1^(-2/3) + 2^(-2/3) + 3^(-2/3) + ...+ n^(-2/3))
