Very common – often sold as a ‘bundle’ of software applications
Many options depending on the application
e.g.Productivity Software:Sun,Microsoft,Open Source
Software has broad functionality to meet the needs of many different businesses
OK for generic applications (word processing,spreadsheets)
May have many functions which will never be used
Less suitable for specific applications – Accounting,Inventory mgmt.
Benefits
Low cost
Large number of users – fewer bugs (a target for malware however!)
Disadvantages
May not have the features to meet a specific client need
Buy the off-the-shelf software,then tailor it further
Prepare specific forms for invoices,receipts,
Integrate with other packages
Add company logo
etc.

什么是现货软件?
这是非常常见的---这些应用软件通常大批销售.
很多的选项都取决于这些应用程序.
例如用于生产的软件:Sun,微软,开源(这些应该是一些软件公司,我除了微软之外其他都没有听过...)
软件具有广泛的功能并且能够达到很多不同商业的要求.
一般的应用程序也可以(文字处理程序,表格程序)
可能会有很多没有被用过的功能.
但对一些特别的应用会不那么适合---会计财务,物品管理.
优点:
花费低
庞大的使用者(客户)---少漏洞(就是恶意软件的目标!)
缺点:
可能不具备一些特色去迎合特殊客户的需要
买这些软件回来并且要使其适合长远需要
货单和发票需要准备特殊的表格
要用其他的包装来结合(我想是这个意思吧...)
加上公司标志
