How are you?I am writing to tell you how wonderful your suggestion was on losing weight.It turns out that jogging for half an hour every morning actually works!I have been trying it for four weeks now,and have lost ten kilos!Oh my gosh!I am so happy.Thank you,thank you so much!I look really fabulous now and I can fit into my old clothes quite easily.I also feel really energetic the whole time.I think it is because of the exercise.
Again,I have to thank you for making me this wonderful suggestion.
