This paper firstly discussed the character of modern enterprise culture and briefly analysed the enterprise culture actuality in China from the definition and connotation of enterprise culture.It has been demanstrated by micro analysis that excellent enterprise culture showing enterprise spirit as a kind of core competence from the influences of enterprise culture on their operational efficiency.Then discussed the contribution that the excellent enterprise culture brought to the promotion of the strategic development of Chinese enterprises from four aspects:high-quality management system,good enterprise brand image,bussiness conducts that being respected by the society,and corporate social responsibility combined with cases.
