A选项说traveling fairs每次在换位置的时候都会检修 这不是对原命题说travel 比固定的那种相比更不安全的反驳吗 这难道不是削弱了原命题吗？
还有B选项说travel没有钱去修，这不是进一步加强了其设备没有permanent的那种安全吗，这不是强化吗？
