2.1 Raw materials
2.1.1Cotton

2.2Manufacturing Details
2.2.1 Fabric construction
2.2.1.1The fabric is knitted in circular knitting machines and for the outer surface cotton thread PEGNIE is used compatible NE 20/1 and for the inner,cotton yarn NE10/1 CARDE.
2.2.1.2After the fabric knitting the inner side goes through (NAPPING) so the cotton thread CARDE to develop soft homeomorphous surface.
2.2.1.4 The weight of the finished ready fabric defined with commercial moisture in dry base 8.5% has to be 280gr/m².
2.2.1.5 The number of loops in the concept of the length have to be 15 per cm at least and the number of needles in the concept of the width 12 per cm at least.
2.2.1.6 The contraction of the fabric after 3 medium washes must not exceed 4% in the concept of the length (loops) and 2% in the concept of the width (needles).
2.2.1.7 The tolerance in rupture should not be smaller than 50kg.
2.2.2 Manufacturing of the Elastic collar and sleeves
These are to be manufactured from elastic knit 1X1 with yarn 100% cotton PEGNIE compatible NE 30/2 of the one that is referred in paragraph 2.1.3 in circular machines so as the number of loops in the length to be 15 cm at least and the number of needles in the width 8 per cm at least and in such a way so as not to have stitches.
2.2.3 Knitted fabric coloring- Elastic
The coloring for the flannels is going to be 3 colored camouflage.The coloring of the elastic parts of the collar and the sleeves of the flannel will be light green.The dyeing is going to happen with the best quality indelible dyeing REACTIF so as its color fastness to be the following MINIMUM:
In water 4-5
In medium wash 4-5
In friction Dry 4-5 Wet 4-5
In sweat 4-5
In solar light 4-5
