生物制氢技术是节约能源危机的重要途径,氢气因其高能无污染而备受人们喜爱,暗发酵技术是生物产氢技术的主流,阴沟肠杆菌是暗发酵产氢技术主要菌种之一,为研究阴沟肠杆菌NRRL B-414氢化酶的在阴沟肠杆菌的产氢过程中的机理,笔者利用CODEHOP程序设计技术克隆NRRL B-414的thiamine biosynthesis protein ThiI、flavocytochrome c部分基因并成功,为暗发酵制氢技术提供了两个基因资源,也为生物制氢技术的后研究提供科学依据及基础!

The technique of biohydrogen production is an important method to ease the energy shortage problem. Hydrogen is favored for its releasing zero pollutant after converting to high content of energy. Dark fermentation technique is the main stream for biohydrogen production. Enterobacter cloacae is one of the major bacteria used for dark fermentation hydrogen production. In order to find out the mechanism of hydrogenase in Enterobacter cloacae NRRL B-414 on hydrogen production, the researcher used COCEHOP procedures to clone thiamine biosynthesis protein Thi I and flavocytochrome c of NRRL B-414. Therefore, two gene resources for dark fermentation of hydrogen production are provided and also the scientific foundation for biohydrogen production technique is set up.
