纺织面料是一种纤维集合体,其机械力学性能的研究一直是纺织科学界的重点,是评价织物品质的一个重要指标.织物在使用的过程中会遇到各式各样的破坏形式,其中拉伸,撕裂,顶破就是三种常见的破坏.为了提高织物的使用寿命,所以对织物的机械力学性能的研究就很有意义了.到目前为止,国内外已有好多学者都对此进行过研究,包括针织物,机织物,非织造土工布等等.本论文工作的主要内容是对十块机织物的拉伸,撕裂,顶破性能的测试分析.通过扯边纱法对织物的拉伸性能进行了测试研究；采用落锤法对织物的撕裂性能进行了测试研究,采用钢球法对织物的顶破性能进行了测试研究.在测试织物的拉伸,撕裂和顶破性能的同时也对织物的结构参数进行了测试,包括织物的厚度,织物中纱线的细度,经纬纱密度等等.通过这些测试和对数据的具体分析,得出了织物的拉伸,撕裂,顶破三者之间的关系.
