从语法上来说,C、D选项都没有错的
C、D选项的区别：C：I’ll have to repair it ：我不得不自己去修理电脑.D：I'll have to have it repaired：我不得不把电脑拿去让别人修理.
see?D 中have sth done 的意思是“让sth 被别人做”,不是亲自做哦~一般电脑坏了都是拿到店里修,而不是自己修理,所以选 D 比较恰当.
