首先想说的是我觉得学习英语的同时千万不可以丢掉中文,尤其是面对翻译这一部分.说到底语言都是相通的,在学习英语的同时千万不能忽略中文的重要性.尤其在口译过程中,中英文相互结合转换正是口译技巧的核心部分.

另外,我清楚的认识到想要提升口译技巧,诀窍就是：练习,练习,练习.而练习之外,要提高自己的语言质量.中英文的流利程度固然重要,但决定你是否能脱颖而出的还是语言质量.
笔记在口译过程中也是很重要的一项,怎么样抓住句子的关键,快速记录重点,组织语言,这些都要经过不断的练习,慢慢提高自己的翻译水平.
口译练习方面,听力练习也是不容忽视的一部分.我认为应该多留意一些英文报纸,杂志,包括一些中英文媒体.
在口译和英语学习过程中,难免会犯大大小小的错误,关键是要在学习过程中认识到自己的错误,或哪里有不满意,再不断改进.只要坚持,一定会有进步.

After a whole holidays’ interpretation practice, I want to make a short summary here.
First I want to say, when learning English, the study of Chinese is also very important, especially in doing the translation. The languages always have similarities, so the full understanding of Chinese is also of great importance and can never be neglected. Transformation between and combination of the two languages is just the essence of interpretation.
Besides, I also realized that the only way to raise your ability of interpretation is practice. The practice can help you improve your language ability. Sure, fluency is very important, but the ability also makes a lot.
What’s more, we should learn how to make an efficient record. How to seize the theme of the sentence, write down the key points, those are all that we need to practice from time to time, than to improve our translation.
Finally, the listening compression is also what is necessary in practicing interpretation. I think we should take our spare time to pay more attention to some English Newspaper, magazine or some bi-language media.
During interpretation and study of English, mistakes are what cannot be avoided. But, we should care these mistakes, find the words or sentences which are not satisfactory, and try to improve them. Everyone can make progress if only they insist.
