I recently received the Louis Vuitton handbag.
The problem is that Belgium customs have tried to open it for their routine checks by using a thin knife and they cut trough the cardboard in wich it was packed all the way trough the bag into the leather of the handbag.That leaves the handbag dammaged with a 10cm or 4inch knife cut.
Who is responsible
I called customs for complaining and customs administration send me trough to customs control department.They claimed taxipost (shipping from customs to my home) was further responsible and wouldn't give me anymore explenation.But since they made the cut,I think they would be responsible for dammaging what they handle.They also told me that the supplier is responsible for good packaging.So I'm sitting here with a dammaged item and no one claimes responsability.What can I do Or what can you do
But I do want to thank you because the handbag is really beautifull
