改革开放以来,国有企业改革从放权让利、利改税、企业承包经营责任制,逐步深化到转换企业经营机制、建立现代企业制度阶段.通过近30年的不断摸索,中国的国有企业改革一步一步走向成熟和不断完善.在此期间,安徽省紧跟国家国企改革的步伐,使安徽省国有企业的地位和作用发生了较大转变,但国有企业仍然是引导、推动、调控安徽经济和社会发展的基本力量,国有企业改革仍然是经济体制改革的中心环节,是近几年经济工作的重中之重.本文主要论述安徽省国企改革的回顾和思考,从中国和安徽省国企改革的历程出发,分析国企改革近30年,安徽省国企改革所取得的成绩及其原因分析,进一步讨论了安徽省国企改革存在的问题及对策,指出国有企业改革任重而道远,必须作为经济改革的核心环节来抓.
