5.设计了装盒机构,将药板、说明书装入纸盒内,同时完成纸盒的折叠封合.
本设计充分考虑了机械动力学分析,使机械运行平稳.设计过程参考了各类包装机械设计的长处,同时借鉴了其它机械的优点完成了药品装盒机的设计.本机器包装能力为50～120盒/分.
本机总体上具有较高的性价比,具有很强的竞争力和很好的发展前景.

1.Summary of the drug development process of cartoning machines,development status and development strategy.
2.To determine the overall program,packaging technology,the movement of materials using a combination of vertical and horizontal square
Type,thereby reducing the size of the machine.
3.The design of the carton on the material to make use of negative pressure suction cup on the carton to be separated from transmission,sucker by cam
Agency-driven,up and down movement.
4.The design of the drug on-board material bodies,round bodies through the trough of drug-driven belt conveyor quantitative plate.
5.Cartoning designed institutions,will be drug boards into carton specification and at the same time the completion of the folding carton sealing.
Give full consideration to the design of dynamic mechanical analysis,to enable a smooth running machine.Design process with reference to various types of packaging machinery design strengths,while drawing on the merits of other mechanical cartoning machine completed the design of drugs.Packaging capacity of this machine is 50 120 boxes / min.
This machine has a higher overall cost-effective,with strong competitiveness and good prospects for development.
