Satisfaction survey customer of economy hotel, this paper found the problems, points out deficiencies in the hotel today, and then change this disadvantage, make the customer feel comfortable hotel, in order to improve the customer satisfaction of hotel, to customer loyalty, to reduce marketing costs, make the economic benefits of hotel further ascension.
