钛酸铋基无铅压电陶瓷具有居里温度高,介电常数低,老化速率小等特点,适用与高温高频的工作环境.由因为其组成中不含铅元素,对环境污染小,使其成为近年来无铅压电陶瓷材料研究热点之一.同时钛酸铋的层状结构使其具有两个缺点:一是矫顽电场高,不利于极化;二是其自发极化的转向受两维空间限制,造成压电活性低.为了改善其压电性能,通常从搀杂改性和工艺改性两方面来考虑.
本论文通过模板法制备钛酸铋基无铅压电陶瓷,以Bi4Ti3O12(简称BIT)为模板制备钛酸铋基无铅压电陶瓷,通过中间模板BIT制备了Na0.5Bi0.5TiO3(简称NBT),(Na0.84K0.16)0.5Bi0.5TiO3(简称KNBT).并采用XRD和扫描电镜等手段分析了粉体的物像组成和形貌.并测试了样品的压电性能.在制备BIT模板和通过BIT模板制备NBT,KNBT的过程中均采用了熔盐法.本论文还探讨了预烧温度,不同熔盐及熔盐含量对粉体形貌及压电性能的影响,实验结果表明在熔盐百分比为100%(熔盐与粉体的质量百分比),用NaCl和KCl的混合盐作为熔盐.在1000℃烧成温度下合成的粉体片状结构较为明显,各向异性程度高,且杂质含量较少
